Complaints and Whistleblowing Procedures
All schools have a complaints procedure and Rockcliffe CE School is no different. We do though encourage dialogue if you are unsure or unhappy about any issue. The first person to see is the class teacher who can often allay any misconceptions. You are also welcome to speak to Miss Lee too.
Guidance on how the Governing Board deal with complaints is also attached for your reference.
Staff also have access to the attached Whistleblowing Policy.
If you feel that this informal solution does not address your complaint then you can also forward complaints to the Governing Body. These should be sent to the Clerk via email@example.com. Details of the full complaints procedure can be found in the attached policy.
