Timeline

We investigate crime and punishment through time from the Roman period to the present day.  We looked at what had changed and what had stayed the same in the areas of law, policing, justice and punishment.  We were quite surprised by how much stayed the same and wondered why there was so much change during the Industrial period.  We will be investigating that further in the coming weeks.
